Abstract EN

The debate over the issue of investment in Zakat’s money is due to the view of scholars concerning the purpose of the sharia from Zakat.

Some of them believe that it is a worship.

That is, we cannot say that the issue is permitible without an argument from the Qur'an or the Sunnah.

While the others say that it is a right of the poor people.

It should be taken into account and invested in a good way.

However the Zakat is a finacial worship combines between two considerations which are a right of Allah and a right of poor people.

Investment of Zakat’s money, although that it contains a development of this money, but it includes the offenses may override the benefits.

It is forbiden to the taxpayer or his agent to invest funds of Zakat, but it is possible for the governor or his agent to do.

Because of the inability to distribute all the zakat’s money to the beneficiaries without a delay.

That is, the investement in this money is preferable to boost the benefits.
