Since ancient, scientists addressed studying and writing on miracles in the Quran.

Over time, research on the topic and its variety and types of subjects that studied increased .

One of Quranic miracle properties is rhythm in words and the Quranic verses , and this is something that drew the attention of researchers in the last period around that.

To study the rhythms of Quranic , we should highlight the three following pillars : A: factors that constitute Quranic rhythms.

B: kind of Quranic rhythms and melodies C: the impact of Quranic rhythms and melodies After the study, the three pillars mentioned above analyzed and this reached us to knowledge of the structural characteristics among the Quranic text and other texts in order to clearly reflects our deep knowledge of the greatness of the Quran and its divine manifestations.

In this paper, research dealt with the subject of music and sound in the Quran According to the descriptive and analytical approach to naql and resulted in more understandings about depth of reasoning in selection of words and letters in Quranic verses.
