The prognosis sites corruption is the First step tow and treatment as does the doctor who diagnosed sites and the nature of the disease so that ear then determine the necessary treatment, and this study is a serious attempt to address this disease administrative and working to identify treatments possible for him, where there are still all state departments, with exceptions, reeling from the impact of financial and administrative corruption which will be relying quantitative approach with the case study as a means to get to the correct treatments for this problem, and may study found asset of conclusions was the most important of which is the emergence of foci of administrative corruption in all cases covered by the study, and because of the preference for self and take advantage of favoritism, and based on what has been reached to develop asset of recommendations on the problem of the study.
