It is universally admitted that corporate social responsibility lies in voluntarily integrating the company’s social and ecological preoccupations in its commercial activities and in its relations with internal and external stakeholders.

This, in order to fully fulfill applicable judicial duties and to invest in the human resources.

Our aim is to present corporate social responsibility and to emphasize on the last evolutions that influenced it, and also try to show that this notion is the keystone of the change in a company’s management mode
