The study aims to find out the relationship between organizational culture and trust dimensions of the organizational staff of local communities Djelfa state, has been relying on the questionnaire as a tool for the study was the choice of the following dimensions of organizational culture, namely, (organizational values, organizational beliefs, physical structures, rites and rituals), and regulatory confidence is was selected the most widely used dimensions in the studies, namely, (trust colleagues, confidence supervisors, trust management), was questionnaire was distributed randomly, and settled sample of the study on 69 interrogator of local groups Djelfa state employees, and the study concluded that the most important result of which there is a relationship between organizational culture and trust regulatory staff of local communities Djelfa province.
