This study attempts to show the effect of algerian economic recovery policy that pursued over the period (2001 -2014) on the performance of national production system through analysis of the achieved results during the mentioned period and also through building an econometric model that permit to determine the reaction of national production system for the increase in the domestic demand that resulted from expansion of the gross national expenditure during the three programs of this policy.
