Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the impact of oil price fluctuations on investment programs in Algeria during the period (2001-2014), which was addressed to the study of oil as an important strategic economic resource on which all peoples in all fields, has become the oil industry the most prominent modern industrial activities in the global economy.

The study concluded that, in light of high oil prices at the beginning of this century, Algeria has made significant financial revenue and consequently the surplus in the general budget and the corresponding increase in spending, and this increase is due to increase in revenue, and at the lower oil prices decreased the value of Algeria's exports, and investment programs contributed to increase economic growth and employment rates, though the shapes on the compatibility of the results achieved with the desired stay of the implementation of various investment programs mentioned goals
