Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to find appropriate ways and means to set up and establish a partnership between the University of Algiers and the private sector, a partnership characterized by continuity, productivity, coordination and cooperation.

The main problem lies in the search for how to develop and strengthen this partnership and make use of them in academic performance and scientific research in the university development on the one hand, and the achievement of national economic development on the other.

The achievement of sustainable development requires optimal use of resources and energy, this is what calls for a partnership and cooperation between several economic sectors This paper Study is based on the descriptive approach in sides of the urgent need to establish and build a genuine cooperative partnership is the key to success, which allows upgrading the Algerian higher education and provide programs and distinctive output institutions performance (qualified and trained), meet the needs of the community and the requirements of the market, and the other side contribute to the development of the private sector and enhance its competitiveness regionally and internationally through advancing innovations, this is what enhances the status of innovation at the university and the Algerian community.
