A commercial company in difficulty resort to three options: the first one is to afford her a debt rescheduling or a debt deduction in order to bring back its economic activity, the second is to get a discount from the value of the debt to be able to restore its financial viability in the nearest time and thus continue its activity.

On the other hand, the interest of the national economy requires that business companies still stand up even with their budget deficit, so they still provide merchandize to national market and finally they save job positions.

For these reasons different countries have adopted many legislative procedures and mechanisms to reorganizing and saving the business company in difficulty, and to ensure the continuity of their activity.

Thus, does the Algerian legislature adopt any mechanisms of control and intervention to ensure the continuity of the company in difficulties and avoid the cessation of payment?
