Abstract EN

The research aims to clarify the administrative modern concept is (management talent) and learn the real role to him in improving the creativity and competitiveness of business organizations, as many of the organizations have ambiguity in talent management and conflict of views in practices that is taking place, the maximum Valastvadh from the application of talent management system Human as a new management philosophy, and captured the attention of many researchers and practitioners, and is key to the success of President and provides organizations in the modern era, and as a form of investment seen individuals as the main source of creativity and development and excellence.
