Abstract EN

The article an attempt to logic rebuild presents of Islamic jurisprudence in the issue "Heritage and Renewal" of the Arab thinker "Hassan Hanafi", focuses on trying to be derived and status, they are of historical and intellectual dimension based on the Arab and Islamic heritage and to scientific knowledge and contemporary cultural development in the humanities and social sciences field, and by their relevance to other contemporary attempts it is commend whole and l not cancel any of them, and different from the rebuilding of jurisprudence as a whole without paying attention to a part of them, and their implications have been criticized for their reliance on Western approaches and present it to the reality of the text.
