Abstract EN

We tried through this study to analyse various resistance organizational change, aiming to disrupt the organizational change adopted by the company management, and this is the result of fear of both individuals and organizational groups to their interests.

Based on the analysis of these dimensions some tools and techniques have been proposed to cope with this phenomenon that could impede the process of organizational development institutions.

We, therefore, relied in this analysis on the following key elements: - Identifying all the concept of organizational change and resistance to change.

- Identifying the psychological dimensions of the resistance to change based on its types and highlighting its role in this phenomenon.

- Identifying the social dimensions of the resistance to change by identifying its types and their roles in the emergence and strengthening of this phenomenon.

- Proposing a model that illustrates the relationship of organizational change organizational stability and the individual’s personality.

- Proposing methods and techniques that enable management to address the phenomenon of resistance to change.
