The industry of banking and financial services focused in a large part of its efforts on technology in which the developed and use an advanced banking and financial systems accompanied with technological developments in the twenty-first century, where the success of financial institutions and banking entities associated with the extent of its ability to adopt banking technology systems and work on the form of management in which it works to improve competitiveness under the numeber of variables (the banking liberalization, banking mergers , the instability of market parts).

The Algerian banks take an importance to information and communication technologie, working to provide all the requirements for establish technological approach in their activities and make a strategy for the banking industry technologie management, in order to maximize the benefits of that, and to increase the level of competitiveness of Algerian banks.
