Abstract EN

Our study aims, at some extent, to reveal the effective role of training as it is considered to have a prominent position among the activities that work on the improvement of the productivity competency from one side and developing the means and methods of trade from the other side.

Due to many obstacles which lead to the weakness of performance, we have given a great deal of focus in this study to the role of training in realization the sales skills development ,Case Study at the Algerian company TEXALGE in Tissemsilt.

We have examined everything that has a direct link with the training of the tradesmen and the responsibility towards it as well.

We have also taken into consideration the methods and the contents of the training programs as well as defining the steps of preparing an integrated training programme that aims at helping to improve the trade rate and which in turn achieve Realizable through skills development s a competitive advantage for the company and makes it in comfortable position.
