Abstract EN

This study addresses a very dangerous phenomenon that influenced and still influences our societies, namely, terrorism, especially ; the electronic one that affects negatively the developing countries’ economy which do not possess the capacities to fight it because of its danger and its difficulty to face it.

Therefore, we discussed in this paper the both sides of technology information and communication whether the positive or the negative ones ; through addressing the concept of electronic terrorism and its relationship with other concepts, besides the different ways of work of this new type of terrorist threats that threatens the countries’national security economically.

Then, we analyzed and identified the most important steps of counter-terrorism for each of the Saudi Arabia and Qatar the two leading experiments that own an electronic economic system.

Finally, we have reviewed the most important results of this study with providing recommendations that may be useful to the decision maker to combat this dangerous phenomenon to our economic security.
