Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the role of Creativity and Innovation in consolidating the Enterpreneurial Thought in the projects presented to Youth Support and Employment M’sila Agency.

Since it’s more corresponding to exploratory studies, the interview was adopted as a data collection tool.

The latter, has been performed with the agency’s companion, whose answers analysis resulted in an important synthesis, which is the characterisation of the projects presented to such agency by creativity and innovation either in their first phases of creation or in their rest ones.

In addition to the continuity of producing and implementing creative ideas in the same project.

This shows the importance of creativity and innovation in consolidating the enterpreneurial thought in the projects presented to the agency.
