International humanitarian law is called on a great sector in general international law, which is inspired by human feeling and focuses on the protection of the individual in other words protection of fundamental rights they contain declarations and international conventions, and International humanitarian intervention when they violate human rights violation of a grave and repeated by the State or States by resorting person or more subjects of international law to the means of political coercion, economic or military against the State or States, partly blamed for the violation, it can be intervention by international organizations such as theUnited Nations Organization, and may include interference nationals of the State intervening in their affairs, as well as nationals of the State intervening must be a human rights abuse justification for the intervention of an assault serious and repeated on any of its rights and fundamental freedoms .graduate means of international humanitarian intervention of severity if it begins to condemn and stop the military and humanitarian aid and cut economic and military ties, and then the imposition of economic sanctions and eventually the use of military force if necessary it.

to illustrate the above in detail we have considered the subject in the three topics we discussed in the first of them to the legitimacy of humanitarian intervention in the protection of human rights and in the second we discussed the role of the United Nations in the protection of human rights and in the last section we dealt with interference organizations and non-governmental bodies in the protection of human rights.
