Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent of the possibility of the application of teleworking system for Saudi women in ticket sale and booking for the Saudi Arabian Airlines in Saudi Arabia (Saudia).

The study consists of (370) Saudia employees.

The researchers used descriptive analysis such as frequencies and means as a tool for the analysis of the study data, the study concluded that it is possible to apply the teleworking system at the Saudi Arabian Airlines because of the availability of high technology.

The study results showed the acceptance of the application of this system by the respondents, as the teleworking system provides benefits for women, such as providing job opportunities adapted to the nature of women and the benefits to the community through the reduction of Unemployment rates among women, in addition to that, the system benefits companies by reducing costs and contributing to building societies
