Abstract EN

Establishing a company has several requirements esespecially at the legal level.

The laws have made formal fundamental cornerstone that are necessary for the validity of contracts, but unfortunately, overlooked nullity.

Therefore, this study sheds light on how important it is for the Jordanian legislator to have comprehensive policies to address some of the necessary issues that need a more comprehensive rule to fix the current laws.

Thereupon, the paper goes on to discuss the current Jordanian laws and their shortcomings regarding this issue when there is a dispute that might lead to lawsuits.

The study also suggests some tangable solutions for this crucial problem at hand
