Abstract EN

This study discusses political reform in Jordan and the impact of the Jordanian will to change in achieving it.

It is based on a hypothesis which assumes that there is a relationship between political reform and the Jordanian political system’s will to change and tries to answer the main question: What is the extent of the will to change that the Jordanian political system possesses to achieve the required political reform? The study concludes that political reform does not exist in the absence of real will by the political system as political reform is closely related to the will of the political system.
