The aim of this current study is to reveal the impact of Strategic Fit between Strategic Orientation and Environmental Turbulence on Strategic Performance in Express Shipping Companies at Jordan via identify the Strategic Fit between Strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness; Analysis and Proactiveness) and Environmental Turbulence (Market Turbulence; Competitive Intensity and Technological Turbulence) on Strategic Performance to Express Shipping Companies at Jordan.
The study depends on descriptive analytical method using the practical manner; study sample consists of Managers & head of section workers in Express Shipping Companies at Jordan amounted (61).
A major study finding there is a significant statistical impact of strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness; Analysis and Proactiveness) on strategic Performance to Express Shipping Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05), there is a significant statistical impact of Environmental Turbulence (Market Turbulence; Competitive Intensity and Technological Turbulence) on strategic Performance to Express Shipping Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05).
There is a significant statistical impact of Strategic Fit between Strategic Orientation (Aggressiveness; Analysis and Proactiveness) and Environmental Turbulence (Market Turbulence; Competitive Intensity and Technological Turbulence) on Strategic Performance to Express Shipping Companies in Jordan at level (α ≤ 0.05).
