Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of religious stories in teaching the child through identifying the concept of religious story, its sources, objectives, and its role in the development of moral values and behavior.

The researcher used the descriptive method.

The most important results of the study were: the importance of the religious story in instilling Islamic faith in the child, linking him/her to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, and the glorious Islamic history, enlightening the child values and moral attitude, the development of his/her admiration and love for the good qualities, and warning the child from the behaviors and vices contrary to the principles of Islam and etiquette.

In light of the results, the researcher recommended a number of relevant recommendations
