Abstract EN

This research aims at explicating the concept of divorce during interim post-divorce period, as well as showing, discussing and prioritizing the views of scholars’ evidence; and thus pinpointing the ultimate view adopted by Personal Status Law No.

(36) for the year 2010, through inductive and descriptive analytical method.

The researcher has ascertained that scholars have disagreed on divorce in cases of interim period divorce, revocable divorce and irrevocable divorced.

The most feasible view tends to prove that the occurrence of interim period divorce is revocable if so intended and unless it occurs during irrevocably divorced
