This study unveils issues pertaining to the style of gratitude-triggering discourse and its impact on fundamental rules and jurisprudence rulings.

The researcher deliberately examined some fundamental rules based on such divinely style.

He has found that various divinely styles have been used to stipulate jurisprudence rulings; and they are not necessarily confined to superimposing discourse which is mainly realized in three forms of obligation, prohibition or an option between the two.

The researcher has found that gratitude-triggering style has too great impact on jurisprudence rulings as deduced through examining a number of applied issues of relevance to various jurisprudence rulings of controversy among scholars.
