Abstract EN

Mutsrefiya (province) Lebanon Jabel located in west of Syria Wilayat , its had common frontiers with Syria and Beirut Wilayats .

the administration divisions of Mutsrefiya about 1892 – 1902 was to consist from seven constituencies : Betron , Shof , Kesrawan , Maten , Juzien , Kora , and Zuhla , also Deir Alkamer county , and forty district , besides big number from Villages .

The administrative cadre of Mutsrefiya was to consist from (13) members by leadership the governor (Mutsref) , he is non Lebanon but was chose from the nationality of the ottoman state , and he was must Catholic Christian to appoint by the ottoman state provided that the big European states agreement to this appoint .

the members were specialized on the financial , judicial , post , and military affairs .

The big administrative assembly to consist from (12) members to represent the Lebanon sects of Christians (Maronite , Catholic Roman, Orthodox Roman , and Moslems (Druzes , Shiites , Sunnites), the members to elect by the Alsulh sheiukh.

in age of Naaum basha take place three elections , tow were general in 1892 , 1897 , and one was partial.
