This study aimed to identify the type of leadership has distinctive physical education teachers in Jordan and on the differences in the degree of application of leadership styles depending on variables unique work experience, grade taught by the teacher, the degree and type of school.

To achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire leadership in the sport, which consists of five basic dimensions are: Training-instruction, democratic, dictatorial, social support, social reinforcement, where the study sample consisted of (477) male teacher, has been chosen randomly.

The researcher used the mean, standard deviation and percentage, and multi-way analysis of variance (MANOVA) to answer questions on the study.

The results indicate that the pattern of reinforcing social came in first place, and that the leadership style dictatorship came in ranked last in terms of application and use, and to the absence of differences in the variables work experience, grade taught by the teacher, the degree and type of school, the trend towards the use of a pattern of leadership among teachers.

In light of this, the researcher recommends the need to activate the driving patterns prevalent among education teachers, sports-based promotion and support of social and democratic model and style of training and instructions through sessions and workshops throughout the school year and hands-on use, in addition to the need to move away from the style dictatorial style unpleasantly is incompatible with the nature of the substance of physical education in schools, and the need to conduct extensive studies which look at the impact of the leadership styles used by the physical education teachers activation of the educational process, especially among students in grades first for them.
