Abstract EN

This research aims at defining The five-dimensional of time perspective and its Relation with Emotional stability for university professors of Al Qadisiyah .

The specimen of this research consisted of (601) university professors of both sexes chosen randomly, and to achieve the aims of the research , The researcher adopted the test of Zimbardo time perspective .

As well as The researcher here built the measurement of Emotional stability .

In order to use these tow tools in measurement , the researcher has followed a group of procedures of which he analyzing the articles of the tests , Reliability and Validity.

After application of the research tools and getting university professor’s answers , the researcher used the suitable statistical aids for reaching the conclusions , the results were the following : University professors tend towards the dimension of the future, The university professors of have a high degree of Emotional stability ,and a Negative relationship has been detected between The dimensions of the (past negative, Present-Hedonistic) and Emotional stability for university professors.
