This study aims to show the role of Islamic banking characters in protecting against insolvency, The study concluded that the commitment of Islamic banking principles like: focusing on "Almusharekah" as a main technique of financing, diversification of investment and financing techniques, perfect feasibility studies, efficient managers and employees, enough and efficient guarantees and mortgages, all these factors can play an important role in protecting from insolvency.
