Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of the comprehensive quality management at the faculty of physical education, Sana'a University as well as recognizing the differences in the level of applying comprehensive quality management from the point of view of teaching staff according to the variation (gender, academic grade/rank, and years of experience variables.

It also aimed to identify the differences in the level of applying comprehensive quality management from the point of view of teaching staff and the students.

The study sample consisted of (102) individuals of the teaching staff and the students.

The researcher has used a questionair that consists dimensions: comprehensive quality requirements, administrative system and technical system.

The analysis of the data was performed by using the arithmetic average means, the standard diversions, and the "T" test such means were used as statistical data (Tow way Anova, Manova).

The results have shown that the faculty of physical education, Sana'a university is applying the comprehensive quality management with a medium degree (2.95) and there were no differences statistically indicative in the degree of application that refer to the variations of (gender, academic grade/rank, experience years) from the point of view of teaching staff and there were no statistically differences indicative between the points of view of teaching staff and students.

The researcher recommended that it is necessary for the faculty of physical education, Sana'a university to adopt an apparent and specific strategy to apply the standards of comprehensive quality management inside the faculty with the participation of all the teaching staff in the process planning for managing the comprehensive quality and making use of their experiences and qualifications regardless their gender variables, academic grade/rank and experience years.
