Abstract EN

The leasing takes an important place in the entreprises’ financial choices due to its different advantages.

Introducing in Algeria two decades ago, banks and specialized societies that constitute the leasing offer, had globally realized satisfying results, however, it isn’t sufficient to progress this market classified “advanced embryonic”.

Thus, this paper aims to lighten the Algerian leasing market’s reality, and the various obstacles and difficulties which prevent its extent and development, and reduce its importance to solve the various Algerian entreprises’ financial problems.

This study concluded that the Algerian leasing market presents a promising potential if the prohibitive obstacles will exceed in the future.
