And it had to be a definition of such a character of Imam Maghili that has emerged in many arts as logic, jurisprudence, rhetoric, etc., and to highlight the most prominent stage in his life, especially his fatwa in Islamic politics, which concerned the rights of dhimmis, and the dealing of Muslims with the Jews, which had a significant impact in his time.
