the current study analyzes the relationship of transformational leadership and the human resources performance.
The study applied on a random sample of 63 workers on ADE, by using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, study has sought to test the main hypothesis and the various sub-hypotheses, using spss 20 program.
The study concludes as the most important, the existence of a relationship between transformational leadership and the Human Resources performance on ADE
