In this paper the central bank policies and macro-economic stability policies are presented in the form of a comparative study between Algeria and France.

The central bank role is characterized by the dynamics, through the application of expansionary monetary policy or deflationary monetary policy, in order to achieve the monetary stability and economic growth, and this is achieved through the independence of the central bank by searching for an effective monetary policy to keep inflation at low levels, and as well as to maintain purchasing ability.
