Abstract EN

This paper aims to analyze the impact of the exchange rate policy on foreign direct investment attractiveness, through the case of the Algerian economy study over the period (1980 – 2014 ), the vector error correction model estimation results suggest that the exchange rate policy have a significant impact on FDI inflows with small multiplier, the results confirm that the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar was overvalued and therefore the devaluation policy was only a return to the equilibrium level, and this was confirmed by the results of the econometric study.
