Incubators play today an important role in the protection of the projects which need in its beginning a special support, assistance and protection, in order to move to foreign labor markets.

Business incubation as a developmental program helps to diversify economic activity, wealth creation and spread of technology as well as marketing.

It contributes also in creating jobs and reducing the risks related to small businesses investment.

This research aims to explain the importance of business incubators as a new approach to embrace the idea of selfemployment and to contribute in achieving promising projects on a solid basis.

The research shows the conditions of success related to business incubators and the constraints of sustainability.

Despite the importance of business incubators , there are many restrictions that hinder their effectiveness and role.

The most important challenges and obstacles faced by business incubators in Algeria have been highlighted
