Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to explain the nature of the relationship between quality audit and quality culture, as well as the impact of this relationship on the continuous improvement of ISO certified institutions in the state of Adrar.

The group addressed this issue through a set of questionnaires targeting the employees of these institutions using SPSS.

The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The existence of a positive relationship between the quality audit and the quality culture in the studied institutions, in addition to the strong impact of the relationship between quality audit and quality culture on the continuous improvement of the performance of employees and the level of conformity of products with ISO standards to be respected
