Abstract EN

The Algerian economy was defined as a transition from a centrally planned economy to a market economy.

The 1986 oil crisis was the first catalyst for this change and clearly demonstrated the fragility of macroeconomic balances, which required a series of economic reforms, whether autonomous or shared with international institutions.

The study aims to track these reforms to the planned financing programs and try to analyze their impact on economic stability in Algeria.

The study concluded that this is only by diversifying the economy and achieving real and continuous growth outside the hydrocarbon sector, Operation and comprehensive development, or what is known as the new economic model.
