Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of the job rotation at Alistqlal University from the point of view of its employees and its contribution to the preparation of the leaders of the second grade, and to know the most important obstacles that facing the process of job rotation in the university.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to obtain the data of the study which based on the questionnaire to collect it, and 100 questionnaires were distributed to the study population, and (96) were returned, and enter them to the computer in order to processing them statistically by using SPSS.

The study showed several results, the most important is: that the job rotation contributes to presenting special services, and make the employees earn new experiences and works to better utilize human resources.

And that the recycling is the reason for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

And the procedures of the job rotation are known and advertised to all and to a medium degree of respondent’s opinions.

The recycling contributes to the discovery of creation leaders, and contributes to the employee's skills while recycling contributes to the empowerment of staff and provides information about recycling that contributes to the preparation of second –grade leaders.

The study recommended several important recommendations, including: the need to develop a clear strategic plan for the process of job rotation and in accordance with the organizational structure of the university, because of its importance in improving the performance of employees and the creation of leaders of the second grade, while adhering to the job description during the process of job rotation , and to apply the method of rotation to all employees of the university without exception by establishing clear and consistent criteria for the process of recycling , and make the employees of the university noticed the importance of job rotation , and the meaning of it is to raise their competencies and prepare them to take up new positions and not punish them.

And the holding of specialized training courses in understanding and knowing the importance of the method of job rotation and its role in the rehabilitation and preparation and upgrading of staff, and thus equip them to take up positions of leadership at the university.
