Sovereign funds are considered an economic phenomenon created by the most countries in order to save or invest financial surpluses achieved in their budgets, and use them in a variety of sectors, whether inside or outside the country.

In this study, we aim at clarifying the impact of governance on the performance of sovereign funds by highlighting the reality of the UAE experience through its Mubadala sovereign fund, which seeks to establish a transparent and sustainable economy.

The performance of the Fund, determining the future vision of its activities, and enhancing its effectiveness and practice for its development objective.
