Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, we praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness, and I bear witness that there is no God but Allah alone with no partner, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger Because Prayer is the greatest pillars of Islam; its issues are among the process,and that a serious efforts should raise to know its rules, great efforts of many scholars come together to demonstrate prayer’s issues.

This what is chosen as the subject of this study Careful attention was given to this topic, but,no written books were issued only in later times due to the dispute and different points of view .

Maalikis scholars view was dissimilar in the obligation of holding hands in prayer i.e.

« putting the right hand on the left one » whether in the five imposing prayers or voluntary prayer.

Imam Malik narration hold a different opinion.

Among those who see prohibition ‘ of holding hands in prayer’ His friend Ibn al-Qasim in his official record book -‘ Ibn al-Qasim and his book have high importance in Maalikis religious doctrine -’ that is why this opinion spread especially among the Maghreb school, knowing that there were different interpretation which directed the recitals of Imam Malik about his hate of holding hands in prayer
