Fiqh al-Maliki consider the punishment of defamation a right for God, and a right to the slave, with giving priority to one over the other according to the stage of the action or litigation.
This study came from in order to shed light on what distinguishes Fiqh al-Maliki, in order to support the Algerian legislator in this field.
