The Algerian people welcomed the bombing of the libertarian revolution that broke out in November 1954 and contributed in order to get rid of the tyranny and injustice practiced by the enemy for more than a century.
Because of this great popular support, the colonial administration realized that is a factor to weaken and eliminate them.
Therefore, it resorted to building prisons and concentration camps in order to isolate the people for their revolution.
Among these camps in the Algerian desert, there is Emih Rebh at Oued Souf 1955, which is the subject of the study.
