Oil prices start decreasing since the beginning of the second half of 2014; that decrease was accompanied with an economic crisis which hits the rentier-oil exporting countries, the most important of them is "Algeria"; now days, in the first quarter of 2016, the crisis effects began to appear clearly.

Away from the causes and effects of this economic crisis: in this article, we look for the capacities for inter potential of the Algerian economy.

Then draw a number of rescue strategies that researchers believe they could represent a solution and a mechanism to save the Algerian economy from this crisis, and build strong main Pillars to make it far away from other future crises.
