Abstract EN

This paper research study of industrial concentration and its impact on performance in the industry by knowing how that affects industrial focus on performance indicators have adopted on three key indicators and of profitability, efficiency and technical development.

That privatization operations of companies had led to industrial concentration which resulted from the acquisition of a small number of companies to a large proportion of the commodity market, which led to the emergence of monopolistic tendencies and their impact on the price level, on the basis of the foregoing, it would be the main objective of the study was to measure the impact of the industrial concentration on industrial performance and the institutions, and to this end, there is a sub-goals and limit the measures of industrial concentration, and then the identification of indicators of economic performance finally to attempt to find the impact of industrial concentration on the performance of the institutions.
