The oil-producing Arab countries experiencing an acute crisis is the lack of financial resources and this after the sudden drops of oil prices, these countries have to take measures aimed at reducing public expenditure due to declining revenues, and talk about the search for new alternatives for diversifying the economic income, and the Arab states located in areas characterized by intense solar radiation, water sources, making them able to exploit renewable energies.

So today has to be the exploitation of renewable energies and upgraded to become a substitute for oil in terms of energy and in terms of financial resources.
