Abstract EN

The Holy Quran contains all rules and regulation that establishes godliness for humanity, lots of its verses indicates the general, specific and the partial Maqasid, therefor interest in studying ruling, principles, meanings of the Holy Quran verses needs to be associated to the Holy Quran Maqasids and purposes, in accordance to the principle “Things are by its Purpose”, as the one who don’t understand those Maqasid will not be on clarity of the Quran.

This study explains the Maqasid dimension, showing evidence of its originality in the Holy Quran, Prophetic Sunnah and Quranic studies.

It furthermore highlights how neglecting such dimension is to be considered as flaw in those studies, as well it mentions methods to avoid such flaw.
