The humanitarian intervention to protect minorities is the most important cases of humanitarian intervention, whether it was in a traditional or contemporary international law, because it is often considers as a pretext to justify interference in the domestic affairs of states and limit its sovereignty, despite that the international texts are very clear, as they are in the League of nations more than in the charter of the United Nations which adopt a different law concept of minorities as individuals belonging to the minority, beside law texts concerning minorities exclusively , and set its protection mechanisms.

The ethnic crisis are considering at the present time, as a menace of the international peace and security, where the Security Council must intervenes on the Chapter7 of the Charter, which considers as a dangerous precedent, and makes the humanitarian intervention to protect minorities alter the rules governing internationals relations which predominant on it the political character
