The purpose of this current study is to identify the effect of using collective play with music to improve communicative skills of a group of autistic child in medical center of bouinan -blida-.To release this study we used a program which contain a group of social play, musical activities, and other activities which increase the concentration.

many instrument have been used: Adel Abdullah observation grid of communicative skills, autistic scale of Khalil Bioumi -egypt- social, economic and cultural level scale of the family, Michael past learning difficulties scale, and therapeutic program, after statistical analysis of the results we found that the program was reliable in improving the communicative skills.
