Abstract EN

The study topic represented the application of the trainingl to the social problem solving technique in reducing the perceived psychological stress by the agents from emergency intervention division for civil protection in Dar El Beida (Algiers), and evaluated the effectiveness of the technique.

The quasi-experimental approach of a single subject design was using here,with two measurements (pre-test/post-test).

The results of the study indicated the efficiency of the training to the social problem solving technique in reducing perceived psychological stress that affected the agents of emergency intervention division of civil protection.

The study concluded with suggestions.
