The current research aims to identify the pattern of values among the students of the Institutes of Fine Arts (boys-girls) as future leaders and future generations and located them a great responsibility to instill the concepts and values of religious, social, aesthetic and cultural Therefore, the researcher conducted a study on the pattern of values represented by the values (religious-social-aesthetic-cultural) and on this basis has emerged the importance of current research that aims to identify the pattern of values and whether there are statistically significant differences according to gender (males-females) in the center of the province for the academic year 2013-2014 were selected sample of (160) students and by (100) students and 60 female students.

Then a promising researcher scale consists of 32 items distributed on the four values are (religious-social-aesthetic-cultural) and by (8) paragraphs for each value and extracted his indicators of sincerity are the sincerity of the content and sincerity of construction, while the stability was extracted in a way re-test as it was 0.73 of the value of religious and social values of 0.84 and 0.72 to 0.86 for the aesthetic values of cultural values at the 0.05 level of significance.
